En contraste con la hermosa vista al poniente de Bahía de Banderas y sus bellas playas arenosas se ubica Casa Linda II. Esta casa de reciente construcción se localiza dentro de un área privada rodeada de frescos jardines tropicales a sólo 3 metros de la playa. La planta alta cuenta con dos recámaras con baño, ambas con camas queen size.

La encantadora terraza con vista a la playa es el sitio perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar la puesta del sol. En la planta baja una palapa cubre la terraza hacia la alberca rodeada por exuberantes flores y plantas tropicales.

El primer piso de esta bella casa es una área con ventanales que consta de cocina equipada, una espaciosa sala y comedor. Por un lado tiene vista hacia la playa y por el otro hacia la alberca. El interior y exterior tienen un ambiente único de elegancia y sencillez. Incluye servicio de limpieza, jardineria y mantenimiento de la alberca.
